But as you continue, you will start to get a little spring in your step again and start to feel your feet alive again and this a lie feeling is exactly what you need to feel that set up and throughout your entire swing not a feeling of being heavy and sunk into concrete. I wear shoes when I train now so that I can feel my toes, especially my big toe and everything that I do now.
