Cancer didn’t just change my life. It introduced me to a version of myself I never wanted to meet. 💗

A woman who cries when nobody is watching. Who shows up for everyone else, laugh, smile, and still fall apart when the world gets quiet.

A woman who knows what it’s like to hear words that change EVERYTHING. And who sometimes looks in the mirror and wonders if she’ll ever feel like herself again.

Here’s what nobody tells you about cancer…

It doesn’t just change your body. It changes your peace. Your confidence. Your relationships. The way you see tomorrow.

And sometimes the hardest part isn’t surviving what cancer does to your body. It’s learning to live with what it does to your heart and mind.

People see me laughing, and living my life.
What they don’t see is how much energy an ordinary day can take.

I miss the woman I was before cancer. The one who didn’t question every ache. Who made plans without thinking about appointments, surgeries, or what might come next.

But I’m learning to love this version of me. The one with scars. The one with fears. The one who keeps showing up even when she’s exhausted. I never wanted to become this woman. But I’m incredibly proud of her.
