"Take your time to heal, nobody knows what you're going through unless they've been through it, and even then, it's very individual."
"Healing isn’t a pause in life; it’s the quiet work of planting seeds for the season ahead."
"Pray about everything, worry about nothing. God is good all the time."
You must also be developmentally ready!

World Ballet Competition - Advanced/Pre-professional level Masterclass:
The demands placed on today’s dancers are far more rigorous than they were two decades ago. Contemporary choreography now requires greater versatility, heightened athleticism, and a deeper command of the body.
True growth happens when dancers feel both challenged and supported. In that balance, technique sharpens, artistry expands, and confidence takes root.
Reminder to dancers:
“Every correction is an invitation to listen more closely, move with intention, and develop a deeper awareness of the body.”

Celebrating Juneteenth!
The Opening of the Obama Presidential Center
Juneteenth, officially Juneteenth National Independence Day, is a federal holiday in the United States. It is celebrated annually on June 19 to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States. The holiday's name, first used in the 1890s, is a portmanteau of June and nineteenth, referring to June 19, 1865, the day when Major General Gordon Granger ordered the final enforcement of the Emancipation Proclamation in Texas at the end of the American Civil War.
Incredible performances by these young dancers.
