Client Testimonial 🚨
August 2025 ➡️ June 2026!!
Check out Christian Hackett progress over the e last year! He came to us looking to lean out but still maintain strength and performance. This is not an easy task, but with the right protocol and dedication he is living proof it can be done!
We actually bumped Christians intake several times from his initial consult and put him on a. carb cycle that matched his harder training and easier recovery days to achieve this. Overall he is performing better, still getting, stronger, recovery and sleep have improved, and he’s achieving the look he wants.
Well done Christian! You put the hard work in and it’s showing. Let’s keep up the hard work! 💪
Need some help figuring out your fueling? Send us a DM and a coach will be in touch!

This season has been a whirlwind for, us but we have had a blast traveling near and far with our athletes! From Semifinals to camps to across the pond for WFP and Colombia for Latam. We have been around the World. 🌎
We are grateful to work with all our athletes to help them make their dreams come true. One more stop on this tour for the CrossFit Masters Games with Breona Wallin , then we’ll celebrate closing out the season!

That is a wrap on the 8 weeks of Blacklisted’s competition tour and camps. Amy finished out our last stop on a high with an excellently executed final workout. While this weekend wasn’t the result she was hoping for, her fortitude to continue training and chasing a goal despite some extenuating life circumstances was second to no one this year.
Despite solo mom’ing it for 6th months, while her husband recovered from a medical emergency. Amy got into the gym and didn’t miss a training day. She put her best foot forward at every event this year, and learned that she is capable of handling much more than she ever thought possible.
One of the tough things about being a masters athlete is the responsibilities we have accumulated over the years create more and more chaos in our lives, and the flavor of the season might just not be the one that allows you to chase your goals and dreams. But this doesn’t mean that your door is closed. In fact, if you are able to do what Amy did this year, your window of opportunity opens just a little bit more for the next year, and the next age bracket, than if you were to take a hiatus from training.
Lessons were learned this weekend, and eye opening experience of how fast you need to move in this sport was felt by everyone this year. Here is to another season of getting better, and continue to prove to yourself that you are capable of more than you think.
Thank you to everyone who has made this a special year for Blacklisted, and to our awesome community for supporting our competitors both near and far.
We got one more stop at the games for Breona Wallin , and then it’s onto next year!
