As an Empath I constantly cross paths with negative people that are difficult to block. Understanding them its a work of art. You need to be extra patient . If am not careful, I absorb their emotional roller coaster of each one, & this will reflect extremely fast.
But I have learned to manage the situation by applying this tips.

Iam going to be sincere today..
I could post a s*xy photo to grab your attention or simple a reel video with fierce moves to catch you eye..
But I decided to be my self today.. I posted the First pic I took after my 1st fitness class , because its speaks for it self..

Am grateful for my imperfections, for my mistakes , for my extra pounds in the good places of my body😆, for my spontaneous brain storm ideas , for my funny sarcastic attitude and for my spicy latin heritage..
That all together, is the raw me in one petite package.

Reality is that we do not always wake up all fabulous , perfect & focus… But we do our best and learn from all of our mistakes!

So cheers to our imperfections, because that makes us original and not a copy..
