Here’s why NLP can feel so powerful…

Most people try to change behaviors without changing the deeper pattern behind them.

But if somebody subconsciously learned:
“I have to perform to be loved.”
“I have to stay quiet to be accepted.”
“I have to sacrifice myself to feel worthy.”

…then no amount of surface-level motivation will fully change the pattern.

Because the nervous system is still trying to protect them.

This is why in NLP we don’t just look at the behavior.

We look at:
• the emotions underneath it
• the limiting decisions
• the identity patterns
• the unconscious strategies running in the background

And when those patterns finally change at the root…

people often say:
“I finally feel like myself again.”

That’s the kind of work I love doing 🖤

Most people are trying to fix the apples 🍎

More discipline. More pressure. More “come on, get it together already.”

But if the root stays the same, the same patterns usually come back.

That’s why people often feel like:
“I know what to do… but I’m not doing it.”

An NLP breakthrough session is deep work. Usually 8–10 hours focused on one area of your life where you feel stuck.

Instead of just talking about the problem, we identify the actual pattern underneath it:
- limiting beliefs
- emotional charge
- old decisions
- identity patterns
- nervous system responses

Because many times the issue is not lack of motivation.

It’s that your mind learned a certain way to protect you years ago… and now that same pattern is running automatically.

When you change the root, you stop fighting yourself all the time.

People usually leave feeling lighter, clearer, calmer, more confident. Things that felt hard before start feeling more natural.

Like finally your mind and your goals are moving in the same direction.

Lately I’ve been having a lot of conversations with coaches, and I keep noticing the same pattern over and over again.

Most coaches already know what to do.

They know they should post more consistently, talk about their services, reach out to people, build relationships, and put themselves out there.

But when it’s time to actually do it… something inside shuts down.

Overthinking.
Fear of judgment.
Fear of sounding “salesy.”
Self-doubt.
Waiting to feel more ready or confident first.

And honestly, I understand this deeply because I’ve experienced parts of it too while building my own coaching business.

So I’m currently working on developing a coaching program specifically around visibility, self-trust, consistency, and helping coaches finally follow through instead of staying stuck in preparation mode.

Right now I’m doing a few market research conversations to better understand what coaches are truly struggling with and what support would actually help them most.

You are not broken and you don’t need to keep fixing yourself. Here is why 👇

So many women live in this constant cycle of trying to “fix” themselves.

Fix the way they look.
Fix the way they speak.
Fix their confidence.
Fix their emotions.
Fix every little mistake.

And after a while, life starts feeling heavy.

You overthink every decision because you’re scared of doing something “wrong.”
You keep waiting until you become a “better version” of yourself before you finally start living fully.

But what if the problem is not that you need more fixing?

What if you simply stopped trusting yourself somewhere along the way?

Most of the time, growth doesn’t happen because you finally became perfect.
It happens because you stopped sitting on the sidelines of your own life and started participating again.

You speak even if your voice shakes.
You make decisions even if they’re uncomfortable.
You take action before feeling fully ready.

That’s how self-trust is rebuilt.

Not through endless self-analysis.
But through action, experience, and learning you can handle life.

You keep waiting to feel confident… and that’s why nothing is changing.

You keep thinking:
“Once I feel ready, I’ll do it.”
“Once I feel more confident, I’ll start.”

But confidence doesn’t come first.

So you wait, overthink, stay in the same place.

Then you start thinking:
“Maybe I’m just not confident enough.”

But confidence is not something you wait for.

It’s something you build.

Every time you take action, speak up, make a decision, or follow through on something uncomfortable, you build self-trust.

And self-trust creates confidence - not the other way around.

So instead of asking:
“How do I become more confident?”

Ask:
“What can I do today even without confidence?”

That’s where the shift starts.

This is going to sound strange… but my reality shifted during this trip.

During my time in Europe, I started noticing something…

Things around me started changing.

I started getting upgrades at hotels without asking. Finding rare apartments in the best locations… for very reasonable price, with parking and even washing machine (which is not that common there 😄)

Nothing crazy.
But enough for me to stop and appreciate it…

“Wait… this is not a lucky coincidence, or is it?”

And it reminded me of something very simple:

You are always manifesting.

All the time.

Even when you’re overthinking.
Even when you’re doubting.
Even when you’re saying:
“I don’t want this…”

Your brain still hears it.

There’s a part of your brain called the reticular activating system.

Let’s call it your genie 🧞

And it works like this:

👉 “Your wish is my command.”

But here’s the catch…

It doesn’t know the difference between what you want and what you don’t want.

“Don’t think about BLUE 💙 elephant 🐘 “

It just follows what you focus on.

Have you ever liked something, like a car, a dress, a place — and then suddenly you see it everywhere?

That’s your brain going:

“Oh, this is important now. Let me show you more of it.”

Same thing happens in your life.

If you keep thinking:
“I’m not consistent”
“I don’t trust myself”
“People won’t pay me”

Your brain goes:
“Got it. Let me show you more proof.”

But…

If you start telling it something different, clearly, precisely, consistently — it will start finding that instead and making it your reality.

This is why it’s so important to know what YOU actually WANT.

Not just:
“I don’t want to feel stuck.”

But:
👉 “I trust myself to follow through.”
👉 “I attract clients who are ready to work with me.”
👉 “Things work out for me.”

Your brain is always listening.

The question is…

What are you telling it to look for?
