As we continue to receive questions regarding our plans for reopening classes and our social - we wanted to put this all out so our followers can see and refer back to as the reopening strategy changes through the state.

Firstly, our socials will remain cancelled until we are in a full phase III situation within the state of Florida, and we feel it is safe to resume. They will remain at DGbek studios with no location change, and we will announce our next social once we feel it is safe to resume.

As far as classes are concerned, we are monitoring the suggestions given by the governors’ reopening plan and indoor group exercise classes are not recommended until phase II and will require extra spacing and limited openings. We are also looking for a new location for our classes, and will announce our new location once we secure it to resume. Check back for announcements for our new schedule and location.

Please know that we take the safety of our students, team members and guests very seriously and will decide the proper course of reopening based on data and recommendations from state and federal government agencies. We are anxious to get dancing again, but want to ensure our safety as well as our guests safety.

All class passes, private lesson packages will still be honored upon reopening and transferred to our new location 🙂

Good morning everyone! We hope you're all safe and healthy. With the current state of affairs regarding the Corona Covid-19 outbreak - we will be cancelling the BKS FADE social this March 14th.

As the virus spreads and officials recommend canceling social events with large group gatherings - it only makes sense for us to cancel our socials until it is safe to resume.

Also group classes will be postponed until further notice. We will still be available for private lessons, group private lessons and studio rentals. Please contact us if you wish to reserve time blocks for private lessons or use of the studio space for rehearsal. As soon as we get word that it is safe to resume we will post our schedule for restarting group classes.

The safety of our friends, dancers and ourselves is paramount. While we are disappointed to have to cancel, we must ensure our Orlando dance scene stays safe and healthy. With monthly lease payments still having to be met as we go through this pause we are hoping this is a short break in our normal schedule and we will be eager to restart, to ensure our studio can withstand the loss.

We urge everyone to please stay safe and follow recommendations made by officials to keep this monster contained. We will see you on the other side of the this crazy situation.
