Jiu Jitsu is for the girls too! Young girls that train Jiu Jitsu have a strong presence on the mats. Maybe it’s because they mature faster, but they definitely pick up the techniques at an astonishing pace. We love to see them feel powerful against someone bigger than them. You see a confidence grow and that will help carry that young woman through life.
