To celebrate the inception of Beyond Fatigue Fitness, every year we throw a Halloween party at the owner Shane’s house. Halloween is his favorite holiday (just step into our orange and black studio if you ever forget). And yes, we build a full themed haunted house from the ground up each year.

This year’s theme was Punk Rock. Our band, “No Refunds,” made a deal with the devil for fame and success. The catch? A guest had to be sacrificed at every show. When the band tried to back out of the deal, they became the sacrifice instead.

Our first featured section is the entrance. Every year we try to create an epic way into the house, and this one is definitely in our top three. As soon as you walk into the backyard you’re hit with 200 punk posters covering the walls from old shows, upcoming shows, the whole history of the venue. The sinister bridge you have to cross to get inside the house was our repurposed wooden pallet, (last year it was a yellow dock).

One of a trainer's many responsibilities is helping clients take their fitness to the next level💪.

For clients with previous training experience, this can be especially challenging, as asking for help takes vulnerability.

Nathan was willing to embrace that vulnerability. Despite already being in great shape, he wanted to level up. And level up we did!

With bigger arms, a bigger chest, 9 pounds of lean muscle, and a sustainable eating routine, Nathan's progress has been nothing short of superb🔥.
