Sleep and balance. Two things that sound so simple but feel so far away when your nervous system is stuck in overdrive.
When the body is spending most of its energy in protection mode, the basics become harder than they should be. Falling asleep, staying asleep, feeling steady and grounded through the day, all of it gets harder. What we get to witness here week after week is what happens when that starts to shift. A body that was exhausted finally getting to rest. A system that was off balance finding its footing again.
This week we are celebrating those wins. Big and small, they all matter. 🌟🌿
