For anybody who is interested in getting a little bit more prepared for this upcoming track season we will be having a informational meeting after school on the monday after break in coach Lowe's room. December 2nd.

Just as a reminder: All athletes who are thinking about doing XC this year must turn in an athletic physical before the start of the school year. Please plan accordingly. You will not be able to practice/race without the proper documentation.

Nike Spike Night next Thursday, August 8, 6pm at Fit2Run in the Florida Mall. Get your new running shoes and/or your new shoes for the school year at a discount. Let's get as many Lions at the store as possible, see y'all there!

Well as school is coming to an end Cross Country season is just beginning. Throughout the summer we will have practices for anyone who is interested in joining the team this upcoming school year. If you'd like any information about this upcoming year than just message our page and we will respond as fast as possible! Thanks for everyone who supported this past track season and happy training!

It was a great season! Unfortunately we didn't finish the way we wanted. We finished 6th, but we have to look on the bright side. We were District and Regional champions. We accomplished things that had never been done before at Lake Nona High School by any other team. At least the 4 graduating seniors can say they helped the team accomplish these achievements, and the remainder of the team still has another year to prove themselves. It may not have ended the way we wanted, but it was a great season!

1st time in Lake Nona History the boys and girls will be going to the State Championship!!! Good job to both of our Regional champions George and Adair!
