8 hours out in this insane heat with a ruck pack for 8 hours, and he won 1st place! 🥇

Big shout out to our member Nick for showing up and making it happen. Hours and hours of training for this with no excuses, just a mindset of, “I will make this happen”.

He texted me “ ”! I couldn’t be more proud of all our members and the amazing things they continue to achieve. Great job brotha!

A reality check happened tonight and it was a reminder of what I’m doing here. A great friend Sinai Mical Cordero wanted to do a presentation night with a group of our friends to explain our careers. And it was a simple reminder how much the community means to me. While the full presentation isn’t in this clip, the purpose of my life is bringing a a safe amazing space for people. And just having you all part of this community means the world to me. Thank you all for being part of this. Love, Peace, and Calories.

Everyone go show some love to JUSTIN OSANO as he represents the USA in Canada for Powerlifting this weekend! 🇺🇸💪🏽

If you’ve been following his journey, you know how hard he’s trained and how disciplined he’s been. Years ago, he talked about wanting to reach this point, and now all of that hard work has paid off. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

We’re proud to sponsor him, excited to have him as part of our community, and even more honored to call him a close friend.

Justin’s ambition is something you can see from a mile away. He made the decision to make this happen, put his head down, trusted the process, and stayed the course. Even with all the hurdles along the way, he never complained, he just kept pushing forward.

Go make us proud this weekend, Justin! 🇺🇸

Today, we remember the heroes who gave everything so we could live freely. 🇺🇸

This Memorial Day, The Weight House stands in honor of the brave men and women who never made it home.
Their sacrifice is bigger than words, bigger than one day, and something that should never be forgotten.

Freedom isn’t free.
Today we train, live, laugh, and love because of those who paid the ultimate price.

To all fallen soldiers:
We remember you.
We honor you.
We thank you.

❤️🤍💙

Most people spend their whole lives comparing themselves to everyone else.

Different body.
Different job.
Different genetics.
Different starting point.

But none of that matters.

The only person you should be trying to beat…
is the person you were yesterday.

Some days that means lifting heavier.
Some days that means simply showing up.

Progress isn’t always loud.
Sometimes it’s just consistency.

Invest in yourself.
Mentally. Physically. Emotionally.

You’re worth it.

We have a team here that started training for Hyrox and Marcel wanted to help out by contributing this wall ball attachment. Just another reason why our community is so special 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽
