あけましておめでとうございます🌅
今年もシカゴラグビー少年団は元気にラグビーを楽しみます🏉

昨年13に開催された日系ラグビーチームによる全米対抗戦が開催されました。

今年は初めてのOrlando開催。
極寒のシカゴから来ると、程よく暖かくて最高の避寒地でした。

試合はLAとの合同チーム。
おじさん多めでしたが、なかなか善戦できたのでは。

来年の開催地は未定ですが、
ラグビー少年（？）が集まる時間はいつでも良いものですね。

Japan Cup on 12/13 🏉
First time in Orlando this year.
Perfect weather and a great escape from cold Chicago.

Played as a combined team with LA.
Plenty of old guys, but we competed well.

Not sure where next year will be,
but it’s always good to see rugby lovers get together.

今日は実戦を想定したトレーニング🏉
アタック → ラック → オーバー → ラインメイクの流れを確認。
ディフェンスはどちらにラインを作られるか瞬時に判断してポイントアウト⚡
自分の立ち位置から“何をすべきか”を素早く判断して動くことが大事💨

Today we worked on game-like situations🏉
Attack → ruck → clear-out → line setup.
On defense, read the direction quickly and push out to the point⚡
React fast from your position and move with purpose💨

昨日はここ最近では珍しく暖かく、とても気持ちよく練習できました！
基礎ドリルからフィットネス、そしてガッツリ当たりのフィジカルまで盛りだくさん。
12月の大会まで練習できる回数も残りわずか。

日に日に寒くなってきたシカゴ❄️
今日は少人数でしたが💪、その分一人ひとりがしっかり動いて実践を意識した練習ができました🔥
コンタクトも強めに、まっすぐ当たって相手からボールを離すのが大事なポイント🏉

今日の練習はミシガン、ロスからも参加があり総勢13名で実施！
人数が多いからこそできる3対2など実践的なメニューが盛りだくさん。
当たりの練習も増えてきたので、怪我に気をつけて集中していきましょう💪🏉

昨日は少し寒くなってきましたのでウォームアップが大事ですね！
