The HIIT Fitness Studio is NOW HIRING an amazing “HIIT” Fitness Trainer for our East Orlando location!
📍 5722 Young Pine Rd. Unit 150
We’re looking for someone who is:
🔥 Energetic
🔥 Self-Motivated
🔥 Passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, energy, and overall healthy lifestyle
Preferred Educational Qualifications:
✔️ High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
✔️ Fitness Certification (Preferred or currently in the process of obtaining)
Fitness Experience:
✔️ Experience training group fitness or boot camp-style classes is preferred, but not mandatory
Duties & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Teaching group fitness classes
• Conducting fitness assessments
• Arriving at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled class times
• Demonstrating exercises and proper techniques
• Modifying exercises based on clients’ fitness needs
• Maintaining professionalism while upholding studio policies and regulations
• Attending mandatory monthly meetings
• Performing studio opening/closing procedures
• Actively marketing and promoting The HIIT Fitness Studio programs and events

To get myself ready for the HYROX competition in October, I started slowly incorporating HYROX training into our Saturday classes today.
Once I get the Skiers and the row machines, Saturdays will officially be HYROX Saturdays 😤💪🏾
