Please welcome , to . 🖤💙😃 She has enrolled in our DurtieTRAINER™️ Licensing Track, Level 1 at our ™️ and will be specializing in the following certifications:
▪️Certified ™️ Nutrition Coach 🍎
▪️Certified ™️ Fitness Trainer. 💪🏾

Once she passes these two certifications, she qualifies to take our ™️ Level 1 License Exam to become a Licensed ™️ Fitness Trainer and will be accepting clients in the Orlando, FL and surrounding areas! 🥳🍎💪🏾💯

The DurtieTRAINER™️ Licensing Track, Level 1 curriculum includes proprietary instruction in the areas of nutrition coaching and tracking, physical fitness coaching, online coaching, program design, mindset coaching, and most importantly, spiritual fitness coaching, since everything we do in all of our is for the Glory of GOD and the advancement of His Kingdom. Classes and exams are taken online. 🙌🏾💯

Additionally, all who are taking one of our three ™️ Licensing Tracks have to personally go through our ™️ Fitness Program as a (included in tuition cost). 👌🏾

Jess will be completing my ™️ Fitness Program, v.1, Full Gym Mode and will be personally trained by me as her Master 5x/week (4 days “Remote - Live” and 1 day “In Person” in Tampa, FL). 🔥💪🏾

Since we didn’t make it to the gym before it closed today, we did a home workout. I love the fact that I can quickly and easily adjust my ™️ Fitness Program to fit my lifestyle and my environment as it changes (even when traveling). 🏃🏾‍♀️BENEFITS OF AEROBIC TRAINING🏃🏾‍♂️

Recent research shows that long, slow distance training is not as efficient as interval training in facilitating this functional capacity.

Some of the major changes measured as a result of aerobic exercise (especially interval training) include the following:

🏃🏾‍♀️ Increased mitochondrial density in slow-twitch muscle fiber, which results in higher energy production from fatty acids. Maximum oxidative capacity develops in all fiber types.

🚴🏾‍♀️ Higher aerobic capacity.

🏃🏾‍♂️ Increase in trained muscle capacity to utilize and mobilize fat, resulting from higher amounts of fat-metabolizing enzymes, and increased blood flow.

⛹🏾‍♀️ Greater development of slow-twitch muscle fibers, increased myoglobin content (an iron-protein compound in muscle), which acts to store and transport oxygen in the muscles.

If y’all didn’t know or remember, last December 2020, I stopped taking clients and I focused on my own personal fitness goals (muscle gain) as well revamping, improving and testing out all of my ™️ Fitness Program versions so I can re-release a better product to you all. 👩🏾‍💻

From Nov 2020-April 2021, I tested and completed the ™️ Fitness Program, v.2 - 4x/wk +1 - Full Gym Mode which focuses on Muscle Gain. 💪🏾 Here are my results:

🏃🏾‍♀️ CONE DRILL: FORWARD/BACKWARD IN-AND-OUT SHUFFLE🏃🏾‍♀️

This morning, we took it back to our track days in school with this exercise! 😜 Cone drills require you to move in all three planes of motion-forward/backward, laterally, and rotationally-recruiting multiple muscles, cranking your heart rate, and engaging your brain. Not only does this equal a high-calorie burn, but it will also fine-tune your body mechanics and control so you move quickly with strength and precision. There are also a bunch of other cool variations to try (in addition to the one she is doing in this video).💪🏾
