HALLOWEEN ON THE MATS! 👻

Join us Saturday, October 31st at 11:15 AM for a special Costume Jiu-Jitsu Class!
We encourage all our young ninjas to dress up and have some Halloween fun! 🎃
No fancy costume needed! Silly clothes, crazy colors, superheroes... anything goes!

Just a few reminders:
🦇 No hard pieces that could hurt a partner.
🦇 No loose pieces that could get caught during training.
🦇 Costumes must allow for safe movement and rolling.

Same class time, same great Jiu-Jitsu, with a spooky twist!

👻 We can't wait to see everyone's costumes- but know: COSTUMES ARE NOT NECESSARY!!!!

THE BEST TRAINING PARTNERS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE!

Jiu-Jitsu is an individual journey, but you don't get there alone.

Having great people to train with changes everything.

People who challenge you, encourage you, push you to improve, and celebrate your progress right alongside you.

Some days you're the one helping someone learn a new technique. Other days, you're the one learning something new. That's what makes Jiu-Jitsu so special.

At Renzo Gracie Orlando, we're proud of the community we've built. A place where hard work meets laughter, friendships grow, and everyone plays a part in making each other better.

Because who you train with matters just as much as how you train. 💪

🔥 Looking for more than just a workout? Come experience the team for yourself!

YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE GREAT TO START. BUT YOU HAVE TO START TO GET BETTER.

We hear it all the time...

💬 "I'll join when I lose a little weight."
💬 "I'll start when I'm more flexible."
💬 "I just need to get a little stronger first."
💬 "I need to get in better shape before trying Jiu-Jitsu."

Sound familiar?

Here's the thing... You don't get ready for Jiu-Jitsu. Jiu-Jitsu GETS you ready.

You build strength by training. You improve flexibility by moving. You develop endurance by showing up. And you get better at Jiu-Jitsu by DOING Jiu-Jitsu!

Nobody walks through our doors knowing everything. Every black belt was once a beginner, and every person on our mats had a first day.

Stop waiting for the perfect time, the perfect weight, or the perfect fitness level.

The hardest part is walking through the door. We'll help you with the rest. 💪

THE GREATEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOUR DAUGHTER IS THE CONFIDENCE TO DEFEND HERSELF.

We say it all the time... because we truly believe it.

Imagine knowing your little girl has the confidence to stand up for herself, the awareness to recognize danger, and the skills to protect herself if she ever needs to.

At Renzo Gracie Orlando, we're teaching so much more than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

We're raising strong, confident, capable young girls who learn to trust themselves, overcome challenges, set boundaries, and understand that strength isn't always about size.

We hope they never have to use their self-defense skills outside the academy. But we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to learn them.

💙 Confidence is built.
💙 Strength is developed.
💙 Empowerment starts young.

And it all begins with that first step onto the mats.
GIVE YOUR DAUGHTER THE GIFT OF CONFIDENCE!

We'd love to welcome her for a FREE TRIAL CLASS!

TINY NINJAS.

Our Tiny Ninjas are proving that you're never too little to start learning BIG life skills!

Through fun, movement, and age-appropriate Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our youngest warriors are building confidence, coordination, focus, and friendships — all while having a blast on the mats!

Designed specifically for ages 3–4, our parent-assisted program makes learning fun while creating special moments together.

🔥 Our current Tiny Ninjas are in action, and we're already getting excited for our NEXT session!

Want your little one to join the fun? Message us (or click on the link below) to learn more about our upcoming program and secure their spot!
