After a MASSIVE response to Banana the wonder mare, we said a bittersweet “until we meet again” this afternoon as she embarked on her new journey with her new family… and on her Birthday no less! Congratulations to Donna on this truly exceptional mare. We are sad to see sweet Banana leave but can’t wait to watch her dominate the eventing scene. This was a match made in heaven and it couldn’t be more clear that this pair will be unstoppable. 🖤

Well. It’s been a minute Facebook! Those who come through our farm regularly, know how busy this season has been at BOS! For everyone who supports us from afar, we have some catching up to do and for that, we present you this photo dump that spans the course of the last few months. Our herd of Bobby (Dreamhayven Viscount), Pat (Garrighyll Hal), Harry (Garrighyll Harry Brown), Star (Starship Advantage) and Valentino have been working hard making all these dreams come true and 2026 is just beginning!

We have been having a blast growing and learning with all of you and can’t wait to ring the New Year in surrounded by new and old friends. We love to party! We recently celebrated Charlotte’s 1st birthday with her in Ocoee. Pat and Harry were thrilled to be a part of the festivities! We can’t wait for the next celebration now that this perfect pony weather is here! 🍂🖤

Beginning Dec 1st, we are excited to open up a limited number of full board/full service opportunities at Black Obsidian Stables.

-Block dry Barn
-12x12 stalls with runouts
-Multi acre grass pastures
-Lighted arena
-Grass riding field
-In house farrier
-Manager lives onsite
-Access to barn cameras
-Hal Scott preserve available within the community for trail riding.

We are a boutique stable less than 2 hours from WEC, HITS, 3 hours to WEF. Home to a wide range of disciplines and levels including hunters, jumpers, dressage, driving, and ranch. More photos to come!
