As a coach who encourages moms to get their workout in the morning before the kids wake up, I found that the number 1 issue why it wasn't getting done was due to poor or insufficient sleep.

it wasn't due to lack of determination or lack of discipline.

So i dived into learning about sleep. I read 10 books all about sleep.

And I dissected the common theme.

That is that 90% of our sleeping issues are caused by our habits.

because habits are the issue, I created a method...

The Sensory Serenity Sleep Method

Using all five sense to let our body know we are going to sleep.

This research led me to creating a mocktail that supports restorative sleep.

For the woman that is being called to invite God into her fitness and wellness journey…

This program isn’t for everyone. This program is curated for a very specific woman who has walked a similar path to mine.

You and I have seen God do amazing things in our life. We don’t doubt His power. Yet we are struggling with making such an important aspect of our life “stick”.

We desire to have calmer mornings.
We desire to spend more time with Him.
We desire to make our workouts a priority and show up consistently.
We desire to make nutritional habits that serve us and our family.
We desire to sleep better.
We desire to break generational curses and create generational blessings.

We desire to have energy, clarity, fulfillment, joy.

We know we are called for more. We ARE anointed for more.

It wouldn’t be on our hearts and in our minds.

God was the missing component in my wellness journey. He was part of every other aspect of my life but I forgot to invite Him in through my workouts, my nutrition, my habits.

When I started to do so, things changed.

Things clicked. Things finally “stuck”

My identity is in Christ.

Why wouldn’t my workouts reflect that?
Why wouldn’t my nutrition reflect that?
Why wouldn’t my habits reflect that?
Why wouldn’t my day to day reflect that?

The goal is 100g but it’s not where we start.

If reaching that goal seems overwhelming here’s a little method I use for my clients.

🤍Find your baseline
🤍Consistently hit baseline for 7 days
🤍add 10g of protein to your baseline
🤍consistently hit this for 2 weeks
🤍Add another 10g of protein.
🤍Consistently hit this protein intake for 2 weeks
🤍Continue to build this up until you hit your protein goal

The goal is consistency.
The goal is lifestyle.
The goal is feeling empowered.
The goal is a thriving YOU!

Hello my beautiful, ladies!

A few weeks ago I attended Pio Woman, a woman’s conference by Alive Church.

At this event, I received confirmation and direction about my purpose here in earth.

I had been looking for this confirmation and direction for a while now and there is no denying it was from God.

Moving forward you will see a shift in my content as it is all geared toward a bigger plan I now see and am working toward.

The biggest shift you will see is that the foundation of my content will be Kingdom minded.

That is because my personal foundation is God and it bleeds into every aspect of my life and decision making.

It also bleeds into my programs and what I teach.

My content is for the woman who has a relationship with God, wants a relationship with God or is just starting to walk in her faith.

This is important in my programs because what I teach makes much more sense for the woman who believes we are perfectly made.

For the woman that believes in modern medicine but wants to try holistic means first.

For the woman that holds value in teaching their children about their health through personal actions because she knows she can impact the next generation.

For the woman that believes in bringing generational blessings as she slays generational curses.

My content will make most sense and create bigger change in your life from this angle because it also did for me.

Not that it became easier but there was definitely less resistance when I stepped back and saw that the bigger picture was about breaking chains all to glorify Him including our health and fitness journey.

Content I look forward to sharing will be mindset shifts in your fitness and wellness journey from a kingdom minded perspective, book recommendations, hype fitness playlists and so much more.

Did you know that flamingos pink fades as they care for their little one and regain their bold and beautiful color as their babies gain independence?

I feel like so many mothers can relate to this and this is why it's the theme to my community event, "Regain your Pink".

I would like to invite all women in our community to "Regain Your Pink" event hosted in Stoneybrook in the fitness center.

This event is to provide women (specially moms) with an opportunity to recommit to their health and fitness.
In this event we will get our sweat on with an awesome workout, cool down with delicious and nourishing mocktails and finish off with some giveaways.

This past Saturday I was given the opportunity to be part of a “Sheroes” panel at the annual Ladies Night Out hosted by

This event is like no other. The energy is high! The women that attend are so hungry for change and desire to grow in their faith.

I have never spoken at such a large crowd of 350 women but the audience was so interactive and supportive it felt as I was having a conversation with them all.

And the ladies alongside me in the panel are absolutely incredible. Not only did they share their heart but they supported me and were so proud of me-despite meeting me that night.

Tekoa and her team did an amazing job. I am in awe of the energy that took place for 3 hours!

I want to publicly thank for the opportunity. This woman is the epitome of reach back and pull someone forward. She sees greatness in me and forever grateful for that. Thank you times a million!

This class is all about relaxing and bringing some TLC to sore or tight muscles.
