Kiri (and coach!) raced the Elgin Valley Fox Trot 10 miler this morning. Kiri placed the race at the end of her 20 mile long run as she prepares for Grandma’s Marathon in 3 weeks! And she ran the entire 20 miles SO STEADY!

Coach did the best she could to hang onto 4th place female while continuing to push the envelope. It’s not a true Sunday without a little bit of racin’ and wheezin’ up the hills of Elgin 😉

Congrats to you Kiri, let’s recover as well as you raced today!

Let us not forget what today is really about 🇺🇸

As we spend the day logging extra miles and spending time with loved ones, we should take a moment to remember the ultimate sacrifice that many have made over the years. It’s not just a day off, or the unofficial start to summer, it’s a day of remembrance and gratitude.

Angela ran the Soldier Field 10 Miler this morning as her final long run (and longest run EVER!) in prep for the Chicago 13.1 half marathon in 2 weeks!

It was smooth sailing the entire run, and she is so ready to crush 13.1 👊🏼

Last weekend at the Mother’s Day 5k, Erin and Jenny both showed up (kids in tow!) and PRed their 5ks on a challenging + hilly course!

They’re both busy moms with little kids, navigating training and motherhood. They both have this unwavering commitment to their families and the sport, which is extremely commendable!

PRs well earned this weekend ladies!
