We thoughtfully plan our non-alcohol drink menu and we choose foods to ignite your human engine. No overindulgence, simply fulfilling your cup.

When life gets heavy, or you simply wanna feel more alive.. you book a retreat. We offer these privately (1-on-1, 2-on-1 or small groups).

We also have public retreats happening often. Including our international retreat to St. Lucia this September 2026 and our Tampa retreat on June 20, 2026 in honor and celebration of the .

We’re almost halfway through our series of mindful camping retreats for teen girls. This experience is a collaboration with Springzone & Faith Youth Services to equip young ladies with mindfulness techniques, yoga, life skills, creative arts all while connecting with nature.
