🚨 SUPPRESSOR NEWS ALERT | BlackOps Tactical 🚨

ATF’s new nationwide enforcement policy, effective October 9, 2026, removes mandatory federal Form 4 approval and NFA registration for suppressors.

✅ Dealer transfers still require Form 4473 and an applicable background check.
✅ State and local laws still apply.
✅ Dealer SOT requirements remain.
✅ Voluntary NFA registration is still available.

This is a change in ATF enforcement policy—not a repeal of the NFA.
