⏱️ A massive PR and 2nd in her age group

🏃‍♀️ Boston Marathon 2026: 3:22:25 ➡️ 3:15:25
🔥 Nearly 7 minutes faster on one of the biggest stages in running!

🏆 2 Overall Sprint Triathlon Titles this year

🏃‍♀️ Half Marathon PR: 1:36:03 ➡️ 1:35:19 at the Toledo Mini Marathon (in the middle of a marathon build on a training run)

But beyond the PRs, podiums, and titles, Ashley represents exactly what NXT LVL is about — showing up, putting in the work, trusting the process, and continuing to chase what’s next.

We’ll cover the basics of changing your tire/tube, what tools you actually need, and how to be prepared when something goes wrong out on a ride.

Bring your wheel/tire combo if there’s a specific setup you want to learn on!

• Tire levers
• Extra tube
• Sealant (if tubeless)
• Sealant injector (if you’re fancy 😉)
• Valve tool (if tubeless)
• Rag/towel
• Inflation device — CO₂, pump or mini electric pump

Don’t have all of these? NO PROBLEM! We’ll go over each item so you understand what it’s for, whether you actually need it, and what might work best for your setup.
