Mommy&Me Yoga Class (15months to 3 years old)
Toddler Yoga is an adaptation of traditional yoga designed to stimulate the mental, physical and emotional faculties of your child with the added benefit of enriching the parent-child relationship. This class is great fun and can be enjoyed together as it encourages pre-verbal communication and enhances physical confidence for the children and is really a post natal class for mums. It's a wonderful time for new mums to be together in a supportive space with their toddlers.
