First time squatting over 400lbs after torn meniscus in the right knee‼️🙏🏾
This summer I came to a realization that I can’t just walk into the gym and squat this immediately anymore.
It’s a process now, how was the sleep that morning? Did you eat good? Are you mentally right? How long was that warm-up and did it feel good?
If all of that ain’t connecting it’s ok to take the L that day and try something comfortable‼️🙏🏾💪🏾

Have you seen this weird ass bar at your gym and don’t know what it’s is⁉️...... This is the Cambered Bar.
Benefits of implementing the Cambered Bar in your strength program is it allows less stress on the shoulder while not changing you normal squat movement.
This will allow your shoulders to have some recovery especially if you had a bench/shoulder day couple days before
There is also a slight rocking movement while on your way up that requires you to stay controlled and stable during the movement.
Try it out next time‼️💪🏾
