Happy Tuesday!
Did someone say it’s “Transformation Tuesday”!?!? Oh ok, well let me show up correctly! Do you 👀 what I 👀? 😱
I’m blessed to say my daughter is 2 months old today and my body is healing quite well. I walk daily. Massage my scarred area daily. Eat mostly what I want but I throw some water, fruit and veggies in there all day long. I breastfeed this lil girl on demand and I wear my belly binder when I’m up and moving.
As a result, in 8 weeks I’ve lost 34 lbs and I feel ah-maaaaazing🤩 I’ve been able to wear non maternity clothes and even button up blue jeans🙌🏾
And guess what!? I’m just getting started‼️ 😝 I’m intentionally about to get this fitness journey started and I want to invite the new moms, old moms, and fluffy moms to join me. 🤣 This fall & winter will be a great time to improve physically, nutritionally, & mentally. Any of those areas your focus for now? Let’s chat.

I woke up feeling grateful for my 4 kids.
Where are all my at?? Being a is a game changer!!
I never imagined I’d have 4 children. And after being a x’s 3 for 11 years, I never imagined I’d get to experience being a 💕
As I navigate through this journey, I want to invite moms in my same boat to join me on this healing journey.

Save these 3 tips as a reminder to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
1. Stay hydrated. Most people drink their coffee first thing in the morning. Juices and Pops throughout the day. But they forget to hydrate with water. We are mostly comprised of water, so we need to replenish lost water all day.
2. Eat to fuel your body. Don’t eat every little thing you see. Plan your meals. Stick to your plan. Keep healthy snacks around in case you get hungry in between meals.
3. Move your body. Be intentional and getting at least 30 minutes of movement in daily. A walk, bike ride, hula hoop, or my personal choice, at home personal trainer.
Do these 3 daily and your body will thank you.
