Here’s a quick video of our yoga instructor Yoga & Wellness Studio Cyndi. She has been working so hard to get her squat down below parallel. She’s now reaping the reward’s with a 75lb back squat. Box jumps and jump rope are next! Did we mention she does pull-ups!?!

Focus on the giving the burgundy tank. During our progressions today he managed to squeeze out his first MUSCLE -UP! Samuel Hammond has been coming here for almost 5 months. And has made tremendous progress. This is just another checkmark off his list albeit early.
