Riverbend mountain bike trail

Riverbend work day Jan 17 at 8:00 , please bring wheel barrels ,shovels , stiff rakes .
We have lots of shell rock to spread in various locations. We will have some machinery to help with the heavy work. Lots of hands make for an easy day and a great place to ride . Thank you

A huge thanks to all that showed up at city commission meeting, we made a great impression and city officials were impressed with our presence and statistics on what we’ve invested and numbers of park visitors. Thanks to Mike Manis, Dan Bowman, and Rob Jones for their input.
I think we’ve won the favor of the city, just waiting for FAA approval for recreational use of the land.

If you see anyone riding electric motorcycles on trails or anywhere in the park tell them those motorized bikes are not allowed, remind them this is a city owned Nature Park, one of the rules were asked to enforce by the city was no motorized vehicles (like the signs say). Been a few reports lately! Don’t want to lose our privilege or sustain unnecessary damage! Thanks everyone.
