We provide an exclusive experience for personal training with state of the art equipment. We also have a full schedule with a variety of yoga classes, both infrared heated and non-heated for all levels. Our facility is brand new, beautiful, and waterfront with views of Tomoka State Park. Hi! I'm Parker, and if we haven't met yet, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

My passion for health and fitness started with my own journey of becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident through movement. What began as a personal goal eventually grew into a career focused on helping others discover what they're capable of.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Stretching & Flexibility Coach, and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher, I believe that fitness should be approachable, sustainable, and accessible to everyone—regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.

Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, create healthier habits, reduce pain, or simply feel more confident in your own body, I love creating personalized plans that fit your lifestyle and help you achieve lasting results.

One of my favorite things about being part of the Platinum team is watching our members grow—not just physically, but in confidence. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone accomplish something they never thought they could.

Leigh’s calming presence, caring nature, and wealth of experience make her a favorite among our Platinum community.

A 500-hour certified yoga instructor with over 60 hours of specialized training in Yin and Restorative Yoga, Leigh creates classes that help students slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves.

Before moving to Ormond Beach, Leigh worked with First Responders suffering from PTSD, a role that helped shape the compassion and ability to put others at ease that she brings to every class today.

Fitness has been his passion and profession since he was 18 years old. At just 21, he opened Platinum Health, Fitness & Yoga with a simple goal: help people become healthier, stronger, and more confident in themselves.

Over the years, Travis has worked with athletes, busy professionals, seniors, and everyone in between. His approach is built on personalized guidance, encouragement, and creating realistic, sustainable habits that improve quality of life.

As a father of two, he understands the importance of health, balance, and setting a positive example for the next generation. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or simply feeling your best, Travis is passionate about helping you get there.
