Root & Rise Up Yoga

Dearest Yogis, it seems that our present stint at the plant shop is suspended while some paperwork is straightened out. Apparently, you can’t just do yoga any old place!
We’ll post when there’s an update and when we find a place to hold class in the meantime.

Hello yogis! Holly will not be teaching this week as she is in Santorini, Greece…there’s a fab sub for Thurs morn, come check her out!

There WILL be class on Friday morning this week, but NO class on Saturday so that I can celebrate my 2nd born’s ✨12th birthday!✨🎊🙌💖

Starting September 1st we’ve got some changes coming your way, Isis will hold her classes monday, friday & saturdays at 9am and Holly (classes still tues, wed & thurs at 9am) is starting up a funky flow class on Wednesday nights at 6pm (no more happy hour Tuesdays)…

Isis has returned from her Pennsylvania adventure! She’ll be back in the plant shop Friday morning- no Saturday class 7/15 and 7/22 while she subs a flow lll at Omland Bangor.
