University of Maine Equestrian Team

This past weekend, Maeve Russell competed in the Limit Fences and Limit Flat at IHSA Zone 1 Finals!

Maeve put down a beautiful course on Rusty and placed 4th out of the whole zone! She also placed 3rd on Reggie in Limit Flat!

Thank you to all the help we had to run an amazing show! We had some of our own riders make the trek out to Mt. Holyoke: Maryssa, Natasha, Nico, Sydnie, and Annika!

Thank you to our wonderful coach, Gail, for helping Maeve be the third UMaine rider to qualify for Zones! And congratulations to Maeve for having a great IHSA season!

Our season has come to an end, but we are all looking forward to next year!

Saturday is a big day!!

Maeve Russell is our third rider to ever go to IHSA Zone 1 Finals! She will be representing our region and team in Limit under saddle and Limit over fences.
