Today, our staff participated in a Staff Development Day! 💜🦛

We spent the day growing closer together and stronger as a team. Just like our athletes, we are ONE TEAM with ONE GOAL: to help your athletes love what they do, become amazing gymnasts, and above all else, become amazing people.

We trained the shapes and skills it takes to grow from a Tiny Hippo to a Level 10 gymnast, practiced proper spotting techniques, and discussed ways we can continue to build strong, clear communication within our staff and with all of you!

We are committed to showing up every day and giving you and your athletes our very best effort, no matter what.

We are so excited for another season of learning, growing, and going HIPPO together! 🦛💜💪

This week was full of fun, laughter, and great times! Every single one of us, gymnasts and coaches, all grew closer together. We are ONE TEAM! Now we look forward to everything this season has in store: new leotard reveal 👀, new routines, competitions, more memories, and so much more.

Here’s to an incredible season together! Keep going HIPPO! 💜🦛💪
