The gym got hand scrubbed, literally hands and knees for hours today, it’s spotless. So let’s keep it that way.

Don’t wear your outside clothes on the mat

Wash up from work before you come to the gym, (most of the gym in blue collar workers, I get it) we have wipes if you need them.

When you take your shoes off outside of the gym don’t walk off of the entry mat.

Hygiene is an obvious must, THIS INCLUDES KIDS! If your kids are playing outside before class please have them clean up before coming in.

Treat the gym like your house, I call it “our” gym, not “my” gym. You all make it possible, let’s give it the respect it deserves.
