Employee Spotlight: Taylor Buffenmyer

Taylor has been Schuylkill Country Club's Mechanic for the past five years. Originally from Lancaster County, he found his way to Schuylkill County through his wife and has since become an important part of our team.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at SCC, Taylor said that there is always something to work on, which makes every day interesting.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and their five-year-old son. Whether it's a family outing or a day by the water, he enjoys making the most of his time with family.

We are grateful for Taylor's hard work, dedication, and the important role he plays in keeping Schuylkill Country Club running smoothly. Thank you, Taylor, for all that you do!

Introducing a new limited-edition series at Schuylkill Country Club!

We are excited to partner with artist Erin Edith to debut Schuylkill Country Club, 18th Green, a beautiful 24” x 30” acrylic painting inspired by one of the club’s most iconic views. This is the first piece in an ongoing series celebrating the beauty, traditions, and memorable views of Schuylkill Country Club through Erin’s unique artistic perspective.

Erin is known for creating vibrant golf artwork that blends the beauty of the course with her signature colorful style. With deep family ties to Schuylkill Country Club, this piece captures both the spirit of the game and the special memories made here.

Limited edition 11” x 14” unframed prints are available for $50 each. You can also contact Erin for an original commissioned piece inspired by your favorite hole.

Meet Alexandra Benedict, Schuylkill Country Club's new Banquet Manager!

Alex is 22 years old and graduated from East Stroudsburg University, where she majored in Business Management and Event Coordination. She is excited to meet all of our members and help create memorable events throughout the year.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active and is currently training for a HYROX competition. She’s also an avid reader and highly recommends novels by Freida McFadden to anyone looking for their next great read.
