Merry Christmas to you all. The new Year is the perfect time to learn a new sport, and Squash is the perfect sport, its great fun, it burns more calories per hour than almost any other sport,it is very social, and easy to learn.

I will be away next week from Tuesday, I will have the Jr Clinics on Monday. There are rackets and balls that you can rent at the Club, so please get on the court and hit some balls over the next week. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

The old adage "old squash players never die, they simply have no court to play on" is no longer true in Schuylkill County! We are getting players that moved to the area and have not played in years, starting back up, which is great.

Back on track with the Squash Clinics, I have a 5:00pm U 12's, and a 6;00pm over 12's. Please let me know if your child can attend.

Below are the times of Squash Clinics,

Junior; clinic; 11yr & under, Monday & Wednesday 5.00 pm - 6.00 pm

Junior Clinic; 12 & over Monday & Wednesday 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm

Ladies Clinic Wednesday 11.00 Am - noon


Men's Clinic; 6.00 pm - 8.00 pm

Please email me or call me to let me know which Clinics you or your child would like to attend.

The 1st Clinic is free, then $12.00 to $15.00 per Clinic depending on the number of players in Clinic.
Private lessons are available, the cost is $40.00 for 45 minutes, I will not charge a court fee for November.

Great time last night for the opening, we had a good turn out. Shannon Hazell came in as a last minute replacement in the Exhibition match, thanks again Shannon. After the exhibition I had a chance to get most of the kids and adults on court to hit a few balls, good job everyone!
The free Oct clinics are filling up fast, the U 12 Wed @ 5.00pm is full, we still have some spots in the 12 and over Wed @ 6;00pm, and a couple of spaces open in the adult clinic Thursday 7;00pm.
Contrats to Kate Orsulak on winning the Squash Racket (now you must play).
I'm flexible on times, so if the times above do not work let me know, and I will find a time that does.

Columbus Day (free) Jr Clinic's.
I am going to run two Junior Squash Clinics this coming Monday, 1st one at 11.00am for 11 yr and under, and the 2nd at 2.00pm for 12 yr and over.
Just bring your child to the Schuylkill Racket club, I will have Rackets to use and balls, wear non marking sneakers, and gyn cloths. You do not need to be a member of the SRC to play.
It would be helpful if you let me know if your child will be playing.
