Arsenio Arrington
National President, Top 5 Sports | Regional CEO, Top 5 Hoops Chicago
Top 5 is proud to welcome back Arsenio Arrington, one of the organization’s original founders, as our National President and Regional CEO of Top 5 Sports Chicago.
Arsenio has been part of the Top 5 family since its early days, serving as the Commissioner of Top 5 Runs during the launch of our original brand in 2022. His leadership, vision, and commitment helped establish the culture and competitive standard that continues to define Top 5 Sports today.
A professional basketball player and accomplished coach, Arsenio brings more than eight years of experience in athlete development, coaching, leadership, and organizational growth. He has served as a training facility co-owner, skills trainer, head coach, program director, and mentor, developing athletes from the youth level through collegiate competition. He currently continues his professional playing career with the New York Phoenix, bringing active professional experience and leadership to the organization.
As a player, Arsenio has earned numerous honors throughout his collegiate and professional career, including NAIA Third Team All-American, All-WHAC First Team, WHAC All-Defensive Team (2017 & 2018), NJCAA Defensive First Team, NABL Champion, NABL All-Diamonds First Team, and recognition on the Eurobasket Top Performers List.
As National President, Arsenio oversees the strategic growth, operations, and organizational excellence of Top 5 Sports nationwide. As Regional CEO of Top 5 Sports Chicago, he leads the expansion of the Chicago region by developing athletes, supporting coaches, building community partnerships, and creating new opportunities for the next generation.
