I want to thank all of our customers for another great season on the water. We have pulled the boat this afternoon putting an official end to our 2025 big water season. I’m already counting down the days until next spring when fish start hitting the deck again. Again I want to say thank you to our customers and can’t wait to see you again next year!

Made it out for a couple hours today with my buddy John. We kept a few walleye for the freezer, released a Lake trout and lost a silver jumper on the high diver before heading back in. It was a nice morning on the water today.

We’ve been out for a bit and took the time to have some upgrades done to the deck flooring with a nice rubberized coating. I’ll have the boat back in the water some time this week and will be itching to get back on some fish!

Well our Silver and Lake Trout fishing took a turn this week with the warm water creeping in no matter what depth of water we fished. We only boated Walleye today which will at least make for a nice meal for our guests today. We did have a first today which was a Walleye hitting a flasher/fly 140’ down in 160’ of water. Let’s hope for some help from the wind to bring sing cold water back to Oscoda.

It definitely wasn’t ideal conditions this morning with the winds and waves but we still put some fish in the boat. Lost a few as well as it’s tough keeping them pinned in the big swells sometimes.

Didn’t get a chance to hang our fishing today as another group was using them and more were waiting behind us. However we still had a nice cooler full with a couple chunky trout in the mix! Beautiful morning on the water as usual.

Had a great morning on the water with these guys! George had a bucket list item to attack and one of those was catching his first Steelhead which he accomplished with a nice fight off a 7 color. Looking forward to fishing with you guys again in September!

We battled more waves, winds, and strong currents this morning but still put fish in the boat and had a great time. Thank you to Wellman's for helping me knock out the fish cleaning quickly so our crew could make it up to Mackinac with some daylight left.

We ended up running two short trips today due to weather restraints with both high winds and storms rolling through but both groups were able to put a good number of fish in the boat in a short amount of time!

Had a fun morning on Lake Huron with the Birkam crew! Ended the day with a nice box of fish and a really good King Salmon that started our morning off with a bang.
