We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend. After a well-deserved break, our Monday and Wednesday night circuit classes are back with a fresh new routine! Classes start promptly at 5:30 PM and are open to both members (free) and non-members ($5 per class).

We're proud to announce that Ray's Gym member Tim Tirado will take the ring in his next professional MMA fight on April 27th, in Soo Sainte Marie, Michigan. The fight will be held at the Dreammakees Theater. We hope to see local fans make the trek to SSM and support Tim. Additional details will be posted soon.
