Gotta start the weekend off right with that Weekend Bum BBQ breakfast!

Keeping it simple tonight.

Chicken breast was on sale for $1.99/lb, so we stocked up and fired up the charcoal. Seasoned with Richardfergolabbq All Purpose, Buttery Garlic, and Sweet Rub, then finished with a little Apple Chipotle BBQ Sauce on the side. (Need to get better about adding bottles in the picture 😂)

Simple food. High protein. Great flavor.

Sometimes the best meals don’t need a bunch of fancy ingredients—just quality products, a hot grill, and good company around the table.
