CrossFit OFC

Our women's-only class came to a close on Saturday, with a wonderful group of women focusing on their strength and developing healthy routines.

Tonight marks the last night of our 7 PM beginners CrossFit class, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better group!

This crew showed up consistently, worked hard, stepped outside their comfort zones, and built healthy habits along the way. Watching the confidence and progress grow each week has been awesome to see.

Thank you for trusting us, supporting each other, and bringing such a positive energy to class every night. We’re proud of every single one of you and excited to see you continue your fitness journey! 💪

Tonight marks the final session of our Sunday kids class. We enjoyed working with this group, focusing on developing coordination and strength, establishing strong habits, and emphasizing proper form and technique. We are impressed by this group's mental and physical strength! Thanks for coming to OFC!

Thursday May 28 there will be open gym only at 430! All other classes will have a normal schedule.
