2026 World Championships, silver in 4-way Formation Skydiving Female!

The past week was a dream come true for us, and standing on the podium representing the US at the end of it all was the sprinkles on top (as Laura would say!).

Nobody hosts a world-level event quite like Skydive Arizona ! From smooth operations all week to an incredible awards ceremony, everything was top notch! Amanda and Lauren were the best managers for U.S. Parachute Team , taking care of us and cheering us on all week long!

Thank you to all of our amazing sponsors, we couldn’t do it without you!

Erin, Angie, and Zach had a blast bringing TeXXas 20-ways to Skydive Arizona this year! Our team had a strong mix of experienced skydivers, seasoned competitors, and up and comers! And though not planned, pretty cool that we ended up with a 50/50 male/female team composition! We finished fourth overall and had a blast, closing things out with some Bluebell ice cream after the last round!

This competition is one of the longest running formation skydiving events in the US, dating back to the 1970’s. Scott Latinis has done a fabulous job keeping the tradition alive and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to be able to compete remotely! Scotty reminded us that this was not the first time Arizona fielded a team, as Larry Hill took the DC-3 and an Arizona team to the competition in 1989!

Thanks to everyone who joined us, we’re looking forward to doing it again next year!
