Bjorn started Pilates at just 14 years old when he came to Prairie View Pilates for privates with Melissa. As a hockey goalie, Bjorn feels like Pilates has made him become more flexible, stronger, and ultimately supported his journey to obtain a Division 1 hockey spot.
