Sorry about not keeping this more up to date. With all the fights I've been very busy. As most of you know, Mike Mucitelli won his fight Bellator 73 via triangle. The very next night we took 7 wins and NO LOSSES in Watertown and one of N.Y.'s first all ammy MMA events. We're the only club in Central N.Y. that can say that!

Dennis and I are going to be starting to get ready for NAGA Hartford. That means taking training and open mat to a new level. At TKO we don't charge a mat fee so if you're from Dojo1, Tai Kai, CNYMMA, where ever, and want to come help us get ready come on out!

Everybody be sure to give Neil Lepage a pat on the back. He did the U.S. Grappling tournament in Webster N.Y. and held his own against some much more seasoned opponents. Great job Neil! You put it on the line and made us all very proud.
