✏️ **Persuasive Writing in Action!** 🗑️
Our 1st graders have been learning how to write persuasive sentences, and they put those skills to the test! They wrote persuasive pieces explaining why we needed a trash can outside by the playground.
And guess what? **They convinced me!** 🙌
Last year, some of our talented art students entered a contest and created this awesome **Forky trash can**, and now it has a new home outside by the playground!
We love seeing our students take what they’re learning in the classroom and use it to make a difference in our school. 💜💛
