While our players undoubtedly deserve praise and recognition for all they've accomplished this Fall, I'm ashamed that I haven't given a shout-out to the unsung heros that help these ladies be their best ...

10u Coaches: Andrew Shirah, Ryan Falkenrath, and Jeff Mills have worked tirelessly to keep our 10u monsters on track, and while I don't say it as often as I should, we appreciate them more than they'll ever know

12u Coaches: Ryan Robertson and Carrie Page have done an amazing job w/our 12u team, which may be our most talented group overall; they already have their notes together for the off-season, and I'm thrilled with how the 12s have already shown so much progress under their guidance

14u Coaches: Michael Tollette and Chris Flageolle have the toughest assignment in the org, as they have picked up a lot of what I've done in years past (so they patiently listen to my opinions and nod politely) ... but they're taking the 14s to another level, despite a series of challenges I wouldn't wish on many of my colleagues at other orgs (and there's an obvious joke here that I'll share offline) ...

Staff Coach: Alisha Rhoades, my little sister, has been the backbone of the org this Fall in terms of filling in anywhere and everywhere needed, as well as providing strategic guidance on roster management, scheduling, and everything in between

Starting the season off with our 14s hitting the dirt for a double header scrimmage! What a fun morning getting back into our routine. Very proud of the girls 💜🥎

What a fun evening spent with our Halos players and their families!!!
Our “Fall Kickoff” was a success with lots of food, awards, and fun games of kickball. We ended the night with parents vs players… and the parents showed no mercy 😆. We are officially ready for the season to start! 💜🥎
