I’m excited to announce I will be doing a show April 2022, not something I ever really had an interest in but I’m not getting any younger and I bust my ass Everyday so why not! Side note I’m eating more than I ever thought I could and leaning out 🤦🏽♀️😆 prep will officially start close to January, stay tuned 💪🏾😁

How badly do you want it?
It’s not easy, nor should it be. But seeing the changes is so rewarding! There are so many benefits to workout out, why wouldn’t you want to live a healthier life, be happier in your own skin, feel better mentally, emotionally, physically, and the list goes on and on.
In the us there is roughly 51% of people who have at least one chronic condition

Your Monday morning thoughts set the tone for your entire week! See yourself getting stronger, healthier, and living a happier life!
Monday’s are a great way to start the week off right but they are also a day you can mess your goals up for the rest of the week. A good way to stay on track with your goals would be to write down what you would like to accomplish and your goals it doesn’t have to be extreme start small and continue to work towards your goals one week at a time. Make sure to have your meals ready to go along with all your gym gear packed and wake with a positive attitude!
