I am so happy that the runners consistently attending my seasonal run clinics are getting so strong! They are refining their form and are now learning when and how to engage the pelvic floor muscles while running to create stability in the pelvis! A more stable platform = more power! 🏃 Woohoo!

Meet at Meadowbrook Park in the main parking lot at Nall Ave and Somerset Dr. at 6:45 AM. The event starts at 7 AM and the raffle drawing is at 9:15AM. If you plan to run or walk, the out and back course will be set up for 10 miles with aid stations every 2 miles. If you're not an RRKC member, please RSVP.
