PSP3 had the honor of being represented by Coach Nate and two of our athletes at the 2025 ParaPowerlifting World Championships in Cairo, Egypt! Team USA did a fantastic job. Medals were won, PRs were set, and competition at our first international event was a success!🏆🏅

We are proud of our athletes for the work they put in at competition, as well as in daily training. Congratulations to all the athletes for such an amazing accomplishment!💪

Parker was chosen as our Spotlight Athlete because he embodies exactly what we want our Youth Development athletes to represent. Every time Parker steps into the facility, he brings an outstanding level of focus, effort, and respect. He listens intently to coaching cues, applies feedback immediately, and is always eager to improve. His consistency and positive attitude stand out, and he leads by example through both his actions and his words. Parker doesn’t just go through the motions — he takes pride in the details of every drill, lift, and warm-up, setting the tone for those around him. His work ethic and maturity make him a role model for his peers, and he’s a big part of the positive culture we strive to build here at PSP3!
