Beyond proud of Tori Reed!! We finished our 75 Day Soft Challenge on December 11th and she killed it! Overall she lost nearly 26 inches and since y’all love to measure by pounds, she lost 13 lbs. Tori was a “A” student! No short cuts and zero excuses. She was consistent and put in the work. 🔥 💪🏼👏🏼 Thank you for allowing me to coach you along the way and for being an inspiration to the group.
FIT TIP OF THE DAY - You should already know….Shift your mindset to thinking of “food as fuel” 80% of the time. The other 20%? Enjoy foods you love in moderation.

If you really want it, you won't let anything stop you. Not even your mind.
Beyond proud of my GiRL! Tori is a full time teacher with two littles and has not let one little obstacle hold her back from achieving her goals. This is what I call an A student. She followed the program, she listened, she engaged and she put her mind to it with zero excuses. Excellent work!!!! .
