With more than two decades of experience, Nandini integrates traditional yogic practices with formal training in nutrition, Ayurveda, and naturopathy. Her approach is both holistic and evidence-informed, offering a grounded path to strength, ease, and mind-body balance.

Her classes are supportive, grounding, and open to all levels. Come move, breathe, and reset with us.
