Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate not just the end of an incredible NFL career, but the character of the man behind the helmet. ⁣

has officially retired from the NFL after years of excellence, grit, and leadership on the field. It’s been an honor to be part of his journey the past three years—not just as a personal trainer, but as someone who got to witness the work behind the scenes. The early mornings, the constant pursuit of perfection, the resilience through every high and low—Mitch gave everything to this game.⁣

But what stands out most isn’t just the athlete. It’s the person—humble, dedicated, kind, and fiercely loyal to those around him.⁣

Football may be in the rearview mirror, but the drive is still there—and so is the next chapter. I’m proud to continue walking alongside him as he redefines strength and purpose in life after football.⁣ Enjoy Jacksonville my man!
