Milburn Country Club

• Preparing food items for lunch service, breakfast on weekends, and special events
• Preparing and stocking weekday lunchtime salad bar
• Assisting when necessary with banquets and other events
• Managing tickets and orders in a timely, efficient manner
• Meeting or exceeding all food safety and sanitation regulations and requirements

• Organize and execute prep lists and prep schedules for both daily and upcoming events
• Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef and the Events Director to ensure all events meet member and guest expectations
• Effectively execute banquet events with proper timing and quality while also assuring the proper quantity of food is prepared.
• Ensure that all plating and food presentations are clean, organized and appealing
• Work to meet or exceed all Food Safety and Sanitation requirements
• Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas
• Work well and communicate respectfully with other members of staff and other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Food and Beverage Department

Milburn Country Club will not be doing our annual fireworks celebration this year on the 4th of July. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday weekend!

Golf Digest magazine recently released their annual Best in State list. Congratulations to all the Golf Courses in Kansas! Milburn Country Club is now ranked 7th in the state, previously 8th in 2018.

Our annual Milburn Kids Halloween party was a hoot! Members and kids enjoyed carnival games, hayrack rides, caricatures, pumpkin and cookie decorating, and more. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped us celebrate!
